The 2024 CIV MiniGP Italy season began at Autodromo dell’Umbria in Magione. Jaylen qualified second before setting the fifth-fastest time in Superpole, which put him on the second row.
Race 1
Jaylen moved into fourth at the start and stayed in the group fighting for the final podium place. He timed his move on the last lap and crossed the line third.
Race 2
Another good start put Jaylen in position to fight for the podium. He was third on the final lap when a crash elsewhere caused a red flag. The result was taken from the previous completed lap, placing Jaylen seventh.
With third and seventh place, Jaylen ended the opening weekend fifth in the championship and one point behind third.
